Pocket  Thermometers are widely used for kitchen .It is pock-eted by caps with different colors and it is easy to read.the pocket test thermomenter provides precise temperature reading in solids ,liquids,and gases such as frozen food ,meats,vats,cookers,stills ,air-conditioning ducts,and in numerous other places ,The protective clip-sheath fastens securely to
a pocket ,holding the thermoneter safely ,yet readily accessible .An external adjustment feature permits simple zero reset in seconds,by clamping the hex nut under head firmly and rotating the head by hand.

Dial :Heavy gauge aluminum with white matte finish

Immersion: For accurate temperature readings ,immerse the stem a mini-mim of 2" in agitated liquid or 4" in moving air or gas

The highest temperature:Can be up to  200Centigrade /400Fahrenheit

The smallest temperature range  :60Centigrade /108Fahrenheit
